منح الجنسية المصرية للأجانب مقابل الاستثمار
ونصت هذه المادة علي سلطة رئيس مجلس الوزراء منح الجنسية لكل أجنبي اشترى عقارأ مملوكا للدولة أو لغيرها من الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة، أو أنشاء مشروعا إستثماريا، وفقا لأحكام قانون الاستثمار أو أيداع مبلغا ماليا بالعملة الأجنبية، وذلك على النحو الذي يصدر بتنظيمه قرار من رئيس مجلس الوزراء
البرامج الاستثمارية المقترحة
شراء عقار
شراء عقار مملوك للدولة أو لغيرها من الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة بمبلغ لا يقل عن 250 ألف دولار أمريكى
شراء قطعة أرض من الدولة أو غيرها من الأشخاص الاعتبارية العامة مخصصة لنشاط الاستثمار فى أحد مجالات التنمية السياحية أو الزراعية أو العمرانية أو الآنشطة التجارية والادارية بمبلغ لا يقل عن 650 ألف دولار أمريكى
أنشاء مشروع
استثمارى وفقأ لأحكام قانون الاستثمار الصادر بالقانون رقم 72 لسنة 2017، على ألا يقل رأسمال المشروع المدفوع عن 3 مليون دولار يتم ايداع نسبة 10 % منه كوديعة بدون فوائد لدى البنك المركزى لمدة 3 سنوات وتسترد بالجنيه المصرى على أساس سعر الصرف المعلن بعد الثلاث سنوات وبحد أقصى سعر الصرف فى تاريخ الايداع
برامج استثمارية نقدية
سداد نقدى لمبلغ 200 ألف دولار كايرادات مباشرة تؤول الى الخزانة العامة للدولة
انشاء وديعة نقدية بمبلغ 500 ألف دولار تجمد كوديعة فى حساب خاص طرف البنك المركزى المصرى لمدة 3 سنوات يتم استردادها بالجنيه المصرى بدون فوائد على أساس سعر الصرف المعلن بعد الثلاث سنوات وبحد أقصى سعر الصرف فى تاريخ الايداع
انشاء وديعة نقدية بمبلغ 300 ألف دولار تجمد كوديعة فى حساب خاص طرف البنك المركزى المصرى لمدة 5 سنوات يتم استردادها بالجنيه المصرى بدون فوائد على أساس سعر الصرف المعلن بعد الخمس سنوات وبحد أقصى سعر الصرف فى تاريخ الايداع
على أن يتم اعتبار المبالغ الواردة بالبرامج الاستثمارية النقدية المقترحة هى للأجنبى وزوجته وأولاده القصر اقل من 21 سنةObtaining Egyptian Citizenship By Investment
Proposed investment programs
Buying a property
- Purchase of state-owned property or other public legal persons for at least US$ 250,000.
Purchase of a plot of land from the State or other public legal persons designated for investment activity in one of the areas of tourism, agricultural, urban development, commercial and administrative activities for a minimum amount of US$ 65,000.
investment projects
- Establishing an investment project in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Law issued by Law No. 72 of 2017, provided that the paid-up capital of the project is not less than 3 million USD, 10% of which shall be deposited as an interest-free deposit with the Central Bank for a period of 3 years and shall be recovered in Egyptian Pounds based on the declared exchange rate. Three years and maximum exchange rate at the date of deposit.
3. Cash investment programs:
- Cash payment of US$ 200,000 in direct revenues to the State Treasury.
- The establishment of a cash deposit of US$ 500,000 frozen as a deposit in a special account by the Central Bank of Egypt for a period of 3 years to be recovered in Egyptian pounds without interest on the basis of the exchange rate announced after three years and the maximum exchange rate at the date of deposit.
- The establishment of a cash deposit of US$ 300,000 freezes as a deposit in a special account by the Central Bank of Egypt for a period of 5 years to be recovered in Egyptian pounds without interest on the basis of the declared exchange rate after five years and the maximum exchange rate at the date of deposit.
The amounts included in the proposed cash investment programs are considered to be for the foreigner, his wife and his minor children with less than 21 years of age.
